Our experience with Tommy Purk was nothing short of fantastic. My fiancé and I cannot fully begin to express our gratitude for his and Thomas Sutton’s services. Tommy and Thomas managed to exceed all of our expectations and are truly rare gems in this field. It’s not often that you work with a loan team only to feel like great friends by the end of it.
One of Tommy’s absolute standout qualities is his ability to problem-solve. He quickly and creatively addressed several unavoidable setbacks during our home-buying process. If it weren’t for his out-of-the-box thinking, bias for action, and adaptability, I truly don’t think we could have closed as quickly or smoothly. Tommy was extremely dedicated to helping us overcome our unique obstacles. Tommy enthusiastically rose to every challenge, a highly valuable trait for a Loan Officer and something that sets him apart from most others in the industry.

I started this journey not even thinking I was going to be approved. I decided to give it try and see what happens. I really wanted some questions answered, so I inputted my information and waited. The next day I got a call for Hana Shehadeh. She explained the process and I strarted to get all my forms filled out and the documents uploaded. A few hours later Hana called me and told me that my wife and I were preapproved. I was shocked. My wife and I had been working on fixing our credit and saving some money. Alex Bass set me up with a realtor, Liz Wandersee, who listened to what we were looking for down to the "T". The Saturday, My wife and I went to begin our search. We looked at five or six houses but one just stuck with us. We decided to put in an offer; I mean what the hell right? A couple hours later and some negotiating the offer was accepted (never thought it would happen). Allyson Walker, Hana Shehadeh, Alex Bass and Liz Wandersee made the rest of the process run VERY smooth. I was extremely impressed with not just the work but also the communication and their patience. Veterans United knows how "fussy" I can be as a client. They see to our mortage needs in
a professional manner, accurately, while serviceing many other. This recent mortage is our third experience with Veterans and we could not be more pleased.
