Working with veterans United was an amazing easy effective process. From the first phone call over a year before we were ready to buy till our last after closing on our first family home.
This is my second loan and homebuying experience with Veterans United. They are the most professional knowledgeable. And experienced lenders you could ever find. Unfortunately, the market being what it is they will probably sell the paper to another mortgage, lender or service or which is what they’ve done in the past and unfortunately, Freedom Mortgage doesn’t even measure or hold the candle to Veterans United. I would be perfectly thrilled and happy if they would keep my paper and service my loan.
Our experience with Tommy Purk was nothing short of fantastic. My fiancé and I cannot fully begin to express our gratitude for his and Thomas Sutton’s services. Second time using my VA home loan benefits. I feel that my experience overall was heaps better than my first time experience. Having everything go through the app and website made it super easy to keep track of everything while on the go and I didn’t have to track a ton of different email chains nor have to make various copies of important documents to make sure I didn’t lose them throughout the process and afterwards.
