Virtual Talker’s e-learning product has immediate benefits for students, instructors and administrators. It has been designed to meet the needs of today’s ‘virtual classroom’, providing new communication tools that enhance the online learning experience.
Virtual Talker allows any participant with a PC, Internet connection and a microphone/headset unit, (speakers and a microphone will also work), to engage in real-time, live, online learning.

Virtual Talker offers several “Moderator” features for real-time, live course delivery:
- Selective Muting – allows the moderator to choose who speaks or not. This effectively gives the floor to the instructor without any interruption and includes control of text chat.
- Hand-raising – may be used to do informal polls of the group. In larger meetings, it may be used to choose the next person to get the floor.
- Participant Control – in the unfortunate situation where someone or their system is causing a problem for the whole group, the moderator may eject the person.
- Multiple Moderators – in the event that the original moderator leaves the meeting, another person or persons may become the moderator.
- Integrated Text Chat –participants can share typed information either privately, one-on-one, or with the whole group.
